Questions About APack™ Ready Meal

  • How do I read the production date code?

    Review the package for a series of numbers that resembles “6324”. The “6” represents the year (2016) and the “324” represents the day (324th). Thus, the meal’s date of production is the 324th day of 2016.

  • Are the meals sold individually?

    No, APack™ Ready Meals are sold in case form only. Each case contains 12 meals
    (2 each of 6 different varieties).

  • How many cases should I buy?

    To figure out how many cases you need, use this simple formula: 2 meals per day per person for 72 hours. Therefore, one case (12 meals) is enough food for 2 people for
    72 hours, 2 cases is enough for 4 people, etc.

  • Is there a limit on the number of cases that can be purchased?

    If you want to order 48 or more cases, you need to contact a service representative at 877-291-8542 or by filling out the Online Form.

  • Are there storage requirements for Ready Meals?

    Yes, they should be stored in a dry environment at a temperature of 80 degrees or less to optimize shelf-life. They do not require refrigeration.

  • How long do they last? Is there an expiration date?

    APack™ Ready Meals have an extended shelf life when stored in the proper conditions (as noted above). We do not put an expiration date on our cases or individual packs because the shelf life varies based upon storage conditions (shelf life chart). Each case and individual pack contains a production date code similar to “6324”.

  • How does the self-heating element work?

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?

    No, we only accept orders from inside the continental US.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping methods?

    Yes, expedited shipping is offered. You need to contact a service representative at
    877-291-8542 or by filling out the Online Form.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Depending on your shipping method, most orders should arrive in 7-10 days.

  • What is your return policy?

    Orders may only be exchanged if they are damaged during shipping.
